We are excited that from March 2024 the Riverside Writers group will be holding our weekly sessions at Rochdale Central Library, Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale.
Refreshments: are available from the Bean cafe within the Number One Riverside building.
Public Transport Access : The Library ideally placed for access by public transport, being right next to the Rochdale Interchange with the Bus Station and Metrolink terminus just a minute away on foot. The Metrolink from Rochdale railway station runs approx every 12 minutes and takes only a few minutes.
For those travelling by car: There are several car parks nearby with Council car parking free of charge for up to 3 hours, there are some disabled spaces at Riverside and the shoppers car park next to Marks and Spencers is very convenient for the library and reasonably priced.
