Thursday 10th July, 10am to 12noon, Rochdale Central Library
This week Eileen Earnshaw will be leading a workshop titled “The Big Six”.

The big six in question is unlikely to be the six big football clubs, or the six Ghanaian leaders imprisoned in the 1940s while seeking independence from Britain. This being a creative writing group there will be literary connections, and rather than keep wondering why not come along to Eileen’s workshop. It is sure to inspire some new ideas and creations.
This week we will also have a visit from filmmaker Andy Hirst who will collect some shots and interviews following the Folk Like Us event at the end of May. We will be hosting a viewing of a short film and photo is from the day on Saturday 26th July in the library and all are welcome.
As always anyone over 18 is welcome to attend the session, held at the same time weekly on Thursday mornings. Our sessions are free but we welcome voluntary donations of £2 towards running the group.
