Riverside Writers next three sessions at Rochdale Central Library will be held on Thursday 17th, Thursday 24th and Thursday 31st October, all sessions from 10am to 12noon. The details of these three sessions are as follows:
17th October – following a successful writing development session last month this will be our second opportunity for our members to bring in copies of work they would like to share with the group for positive feedback, suggestions and support. Should you wish to bring your work for the group to consider please bring copies for us to read. Priority will be given to those who were not able to have their work shared at the previous month’s session.
24th October – Nature Writing – Seamus will lead a workshop looking at this genre which is growing in popularity and there will be opportunities and inspiration to start writing new prose or poetry pieces. More details will follow ahead of the session.
31st October – As this session will take pace on Halloween Seamus will be leading a workshop with a spooky theme. More details will follow ahead of the session, but be afraid, be very afraid….
